Everything ships from the USA
Every order leaves a US warehouse within 24 hours on business days. Standard shipping takes 5–7 business days and is free over $99. Express takes 3–4 business days.
The dates that matter
Halloween 2026 is Saturday, October 31. We aim everything to arrive by Friday the 30th, so it is in the yard before the first trick-or-treater shows up — not in a mailbox on November 1st.

After the cutoff
Miss the standard cutoff and express still gets you there until Friday, October 23. After that, we will say so on every product page rather than take an order we cannot land in time. A skeleton that arrives on November 3rd is a storage problem, not a decoration.
Tracking
You get a tracking number by email the moment the label is printed, and the carrier link updates from the first scan. See Track your order. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to show movement after the package is handed to the carrier; if it goes quiet for more than 3 business days, write us — we chase the carrier so you don't have to.
Address errors
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email support@grimora-ofc.com immediately — we can usually fix anything before the order leaves the warehouse. Once it ships, the carrier decides, and a package returned as undeliverable is refunded minus the shipping we already paid.
Lost, delayed or damaged packages
If a package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos where relevant. We open the carrier claim ourselves and replace or refund — you do not deal with the carrier.
